Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln). They put the hurt on the Marshfield Tigers with a sharp 14-2 victory on Tuesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Red Raiders considering their one-run performance the contest before.

Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln moved to 7-8 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Marshfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.

Marshfield has already played their next game, a 6-3 loss against Merrill on the 7th. Hopefully Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln paid attention to the Tigers' matchup: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Tigers at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
