Basketball Recap: Woden Skates Past Corrigan-Camden with Ease

Woden won the last time they faced Corrigan-Camden and things went their way on Friday too. The Woden Eagles breezed by the Corrigan-Camden Bulldogs to the tune of 55-4. Given the Eagles' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 596th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 1548th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Woden is also on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.2 points per game. As for Corrigan-Camden, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-23.
