Basketball Recap: Arabia Mountain's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Arabia Mountain lost against Tri-Cities back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Arabia Mountain Rams fell to the Tri-Cities Bulldogs 61-55.

Tri-Cities' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Paris Shelton led the charge by going 11 of 20 on her way to 28 points. Another player making a difference was Hannah Morris, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 15 boards.

Arabia Mountain's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 11-6. As for Tri-Cities, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 12-2.

Arabia Mountain and Tri-Cities should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. Arabia Mountain will face off against Shiloh at 6:00 p.m. on Friday up 115 places (94 vs. 209). Similarly, Tri-Cities (ranked 42nd) will meet Decatur (ranked 393rd) at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
