State College has gone 9-1 against Chambersburg recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Little Lions will welcome the Trojans at 6:30 p.m. State College is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.

State College is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Pennsylvania's top teams: Mechanicsburg, who was ranked eighth at the time (State College was ranked fourth). The Little Lions came out on top in a nail-biter against the Wildcats on Monday, sneaking past 3-2.

Meanwhile, Chambersburg made easy work of Cedar Cliff on Monday and carried off a 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Trojans in their matchups with the Colts: they've now won four in a row.

One reason for the win was Chambersburg's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-15, 25-13.

Chambersburg's win bumped their record up to 9-7. As for State College, their victory bumped their record up to 11-1.

State College beat Chambersburg 3-1 in their previous matchup back in September. Will the Little Lions repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
