Brea Olinda is 9-0-1 against El Modena since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Wildcats will host the Vanguards at 5:00 p.m. Brea Olinda is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.

On Monday, Brea Olinda and El Dorado finished up their match with a 3-3 draw.

Anthony Aguirre and Jonas Pearson scored all three of the Wildcats' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, Buena Park kept up with El Modena until halftime on Friday, but afterwards: not so much. The Vanguards put the hurt on the Coyotes with a sharp 5-1 win. The high-scoring effort was just what El Modena needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

El Modena now has a winning record of 2-1. With that draw, Brea Olinda's record moves to 2-0-2.

Brea Olinda beat El Modena by a goal in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, winning 3-2. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Vanguards have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
