Softball Recap: Chagrin Falls Comes Up Short

Chagrin Falls was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 17-1 to the Southeast Pirates.

Chagrin Falls' record is now 4-12. As for Southeast, they pushed their record up to 16-6 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Chagrin Falls will welcome Laurel at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Southeast, they will head out on the road to square off against Columbiana at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Pirates' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Clippers have averaged an impressive 8.9 runs per game this season.
