Soccer Recap: Lackey Comes Up Short

Lackey's game on Saturday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the North East Indians by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that Lackey have lost by just one goal.

This is the second loss in a row for Lackey and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lackey is packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Crossland at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for North East, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Severna Park at 5:00 p.m. on September 5.
