Baseball Recap: Amador Takes a Loss

Amador suffered their closest loss since March 13, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of the El Dorado Cougars by a score of 5-3. The Buffaloes were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cougars earlier this season, when they won 10-9.

Amador saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Miguel Torres, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Amador's defeat dropped their record down to 10-12-1. As for El Dorado, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

Amador has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Bear Creek on the 26th. As for El Dorado, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 4-1 win against Union Mine on the 29th.
