Football Game Recap: Cicero Morton vs. Addison Trail

It was all tied up at halftime, but Addison Trail weren't quite Cicero Morton's equal in the second half when they met on Friday. Addison Trail took a 0-13 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cicero Morton. Addison Trail's defeat continues a disappointing trend for the team, making it eight losses in a row.

Addison Trail are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-8. The win bumped Cicero Morton's record up to 2-6.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Addison Trail take on Proviso East at 7:30 PM. Both of those teams have had a rocky road up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Addison Trail and three for Proviso East. As for Cicero Morton, they will face off against Leyden. Leyden took a loss in their last match and are no doubt out to reverse Cicero Morton's good fortune.
