Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, Perrysburg couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jackson Polar Bears on Friday. The Yellow Jackets' defeat signaled the end of their 26-game winning streak.

Yesenia You made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Hayley Griggs, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.

Perrysburg's loss dropped their record down to 27-2. As for Jackson, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-7-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Perrysburg nor Jackson have any future games scheduled.
