Baseball Game Preview: Bullitt Central Cougars vs. North Hardin Trojans

The Bullitt Central Cougars are taking a road trip to face off against the North Hardin Trojans at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Bullitt Central is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.1 runs per game this season.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Cougars on Friday. Bullitt Central walked away with a 5-2 victory over Holy Cross. The win made it back-to-back victories for Bullitt Central.

Larkin Ryle looked comfortable as he pitched 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

Bullitt Central came out on top in a nail-biter against North Hardin when the teams last played back in March of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
