Volleyball Recap: Clark Victorious

After losing to Sweetwater the last time they met, Clark decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Chargers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Red Devils on Saturday.

Clark's offense was headlined by Zaray Styles and Jordyn Vincent, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Reina Bungay and her 20 assists. Vincent was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Clark's win bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Sweetwater, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-16 record this season.

Clark has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Pine View on the 11th. As for Sweetwater, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas on the 11th.
