Soccer Game Preview: Southwest Onslow vs. Clinton

Southwest Onslow is 0-3 against Clinton since October of 2022 but things could change on Wednesday. The Stallions will be playing in front of their home fans against the Dark Horses at 6:00 p.m.

Monday just wasn't the day for Southwest Onslow's offense. They fell just short of South Lenoir by a score of 1-0 on Monday.

Meanwhile, Clinton entered their tilt with Heide Trask on Monday with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. They never let the Titans get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. The result was nothing new for Clinton, who have now won 16 matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Heide Trask with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Holden Spell (3), Jose Martinez (3), Nelson Guerrero, and Edgar Caldera.

Clinton's victory bumped their record up to 20-2. As for Southwest Onslow, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-13.
