Softball Recap: Taylor Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Taylor was the 8-4 winner over Jefferson when they last played one another on Saturday, but their luck changed this time around. The Griffins came up short against the Bears on Saturday, falling 18-6.

Amelia Adams ?27 was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That home run was her first of the season.

Taylor's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-15. As for Jefferson, their victory ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-13.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Taylor will host Trenton at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Griffins are facing the Trojans at the right time seeing as the Trojans are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Jefferson, they will square off against Huron at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
