The Moore Haven Terriers will head out to face off against the Glades Central Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Moore Haven is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Tuesday. They came up short against Babcock, falling 17-1.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Glades Central's offense. They lost 15-0 to Lincoln Park Academy on Thursday. The game marked the first time this season in which the Raiders were not able to get on the board.

Glades Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Moore Haven, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Friday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Moore Haven has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .538. However, it's not like Glades Central struggles in that department as they've averaged .431. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.

Moore Haven skirted past Glades Central 11-10 in their previous meeting back in February. The rematch might be a little tougher for Moore Haven since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
