Basketball Recap: Hugo Takes a Loss

Hugo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 67-41 to the Broken Bow Savages. While losing is never fun, the Buffaloes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma basketball rankings (they are ranked 242nd, while the Savages are ranked 77th).

Hugo now has a losing record at 5-6. As for Broken Bow, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

While Hugo had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
