 The Blue Ridge Raiders will head out on the road to  take on  the Elk Lake Warriors at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Blue Ridge has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the  matchup with four straight  losses, while Elk Lake will come in with four straight  victories.
 Last Saturday, Blue Ridge fell victim to a  rough 15-9 defeat at the hands of Mountain View.
 Meanwhile,  after only two  runs in their last  match, Elk Lake made sure to put some  runs up on the board against Forest City  on Saturday.   Isaac Gesford and  Dawson Sherman were a major factor no matter where they played. Throwing,  Gesford   pitched two innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Meanwhile,  Sherman   pitched three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances. At bat,  Gesford  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3, while  Sherman  went 1-for-1 with three  RBI.
 In other batting news, Elk Lake let  Cohen Orlandini and  Brayden Miller loose on the outfield. Orlandini  scored a  run and  stole a base while going 2-for-2, while  Miller  scored three  runs while going 2-for-3. Orlandini has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last four times he's  played.  Noah Gesford was another key contributor,  going 1-for-3 with two  runs, a  triple,  and  an  RBI.
