Basketball Recap: Sherman Drops Highest Score of Season Against Pine Eagle

After low-scoring totals in their previous three game, Sherman brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They came out on top against the Pine Eagle Spartans by a score of 58-49 on Saturday. The Huskies' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Sherman's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Pine Eagle, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Sherman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 57-51 defeat against Pilot Rock on the 9th. As for Pine Eagle, they will venture away from home to square off against Griswold at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
