Football Recap: Cleveland Central Catholic Comes Up Short

Cleveland Central Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Lutheran East Falcons, falling 34-12. If the Ironmen were looking for revenge after losing 28-6 to the Falcons when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Cleveland Central Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Lutheran East, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-4.

Looking ahead, Cleveland Central Catholic will face off against John F. Kennedy Catholic at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Lutheran East, they will head out to take on Lucas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
