Calvary Day is a perfect 7-0 against Islands since August of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Cavaliers will challenge the Sharks at 7:00 p.m. Calvary Day knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 31 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Islands likes a good challenge.

Calvary Day took a loss when they played away from home back in September, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 47-13 victory over Long County. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 33-6.

Meanwhile, Islands took a blow against Beach on Friday, falling 35-7. The Sharks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Calvary Day pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.7 points over those games. As for Islands, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Everything came up roses for Calvary Day against Islands in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 61-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cavaliers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
