Meanwhile, Ithaca's offense rose to the challenge against a Panthers defense that boasted an average of only 12.86 points allowed on Friday. The Yellowjackets came out on top against Nouvel Catholic Central by a score of 37-30. The victory almost wasn't to be: the Yellowjackets were down 23-7 in the second quarter.

Ithaca's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Fowler, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-2.
