Basketball Recap: Riddle Comes Up Short

Riddle was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They took a blow against the Powers Cruisers, falling 71-10. The Irish were not able to make up for their defeat to the Cruisers from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Riddle's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Powers, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-7.

While Riddle had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
