Volleyball Recap: Brownsboro Comes Up Short

Brownsboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Carthage Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bears of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Brownsboro's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Carthage, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-5 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brownsboro will face off against Rains at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Carthage, they will challenge Hallsville at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
