Volleyball Game Preview: Chavez Academy Aztec Eagles vs. Edison Academy Pioneers

For the first time this season, Chavez Academy will have a chance to prove themselves in a conference matchup. They will head out on the road to challenge the Edison Academy Pioneers at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Edison Academy took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Chavez Academy, who comes in off a win.

Edison Academy will be up against a hot Chavez Academy squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Everything went the Aztec Eagles' way against University Prep on Monday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Aztec Eagles not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 30th (when they won 3-0).

Meanwhile, Edison Academy came up short against Chandler Park Academy last Saturday and fell 2-0.

Edison Academy's loss dropped their record down to 11-5-4. As for Chavez Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 6-12.
