Baseball Recap: Montrose Takes a Loss

Montrose fell victim to Wheatland and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 10-0 to the Mules. The Blue Jays just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Montrose's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Wheatland, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-4 record this season.

Montrose didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-6 defeat against Liberal on the 16th. As for Wheatland, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 9-5 win against Lighthouse Christian on the 15th.
