Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hammond). They walked away with a 73-63 win over the Glenelg Gladiators on Wednesday. The victory continues a trend for the Golden Bears in their matchups with the Gladiators: they've now won four in a row.

Hammond's win bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Glenelg, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-9.

Coming up, Hammond will take on Oakland Mills at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Oakland Mills is on a six-game streak of home losses, Hammond a seven-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change. As for Glenelg, they will challenge Mt. Hebron on Monday. One thing working in Mt. Hebron's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight matchups.
