Karen Mendez Game Report: @ Wheaton North

Passers beware: Karen Mendez came down with her first-ever interception on Tuesday and she's no doubt on the hunt for more. She also picked up 53 receiving yards and one touchdown, and also rushed for 99 yards on only five carries, but sadly Streamwood still had to take a 25-12 loss at the hands of Wheaton North. If Mendez keeps it up, we can expect many more highlights to come.

Looking ahead, Mendez and Streamwood will square off against Glenbard East at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Rams swept Aurora East off the field in their last game, a feat they'll no doubt try to repeat. Will the Sabres be able to hold them off?
