Baseball Game Preview: Bangs Dragons vs. Coleman Bluecats

For the second straight game, Bangs will face off against Coleman. The Dragons will be playing at home against the Bluecats at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Bangs lost 9-1 to Coleman on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Dragons in their meetings with the Bluecats: they've now lost three in a row.

For Coleman's part, Brayden Torres spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits and racked up nine Ks.

At the plate, Braylon Stewart was excellent, going 3-for-4 with three RBI and one run. That's the most hits he has posted since back in February of 2025. Paul Salas was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one triple.

Coleman's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Bangs, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
