Volleyball Recap: Cholla Takes a Loss

Cholla was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Flowing Wells Caballeros. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chargers of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2022.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-17, 25-13.

Cholla's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Flowing Wells, their win was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cholla will challenge Sunnyside at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Flowing Wells, they will face off against Pueblo at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
