Baseball Recap: Franklin County Flyers vs. Lafayette Generals
Franklin County came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Lafayette Generals, falling 10-4. The Flyers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Generals apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2025.

As for Lafayette, they will venture away from home to face off against Lexington Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Generals will need to watch out since the Knights have now posted at least ten runs in their last four contests.
