Merced has gone 7-1 against Los Banos recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bears will host the Tigers at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Merced came up short against El Capitan on Thursday, falling 3-0. The Bears have struggled against the Gauchos recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-19, 25-9.

Meanwhile, Los Banos came up short against Atwater on Thursday and fell 3-1.

Los Banos started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-23, 25-13, 25-21.

Merced's loss dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Los Banos, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10.

Merced was able to grind out a solid victory over Los Banos when the teams last played back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. Do the Bears have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
