White Deer lost to Shamrock back in November of 2021, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The White Deer Bucks blew past the Shamrock Irish 63-41. The Bucks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 22 points or more this season.

Leading White Deer to victory were Caynden Mynear and Karson Vaughn. Mynear posted 17 points, while Vaughn scored 16 points. The dominant performance gave Vaughn a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Foster Black, who put up ten points.

Several Irish players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jeff Rollerson, who had 15 points. That was a full 36.6% of Shamrock's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Josh Whittington was another key player, putting up six points and nine rebounds.

The victory (which was White Deer's fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-9. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points per game. As for Shamrock, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12 record this season.

White Deer didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 56-37 defeat against McLean on the 7th. As for Shamrock, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 42-37 loss against Groom on the 7th.
