With a playoff win on the line, Cooper City rose to the challenge on Monday. They put the hurt on the Flanagan Falcons with a sharp 4-0 win. Considering the Cowboys have won 11 contests by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Flanagan with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Amanda Will (2), Michelle Rosen, and Ariana Vazquez.

The victory was the fifth in a row for Cooper City, bringing their record for this year to 14-2-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those five matchups. As for Flanagan, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-7-1 record.

Cooper City will face off against St. Thomas Aquinas at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. St. Thomas Aquinas' defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Cooper City's offense will have their work cut out for them. Flanagan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
