Football Recap: Citrus Valley Takes a Loss

Citrus Valley fell victim to Canyon Springs and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They took a 14-0 bruising from the Cougars. The Blackhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Citrus Valley's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Canyon Springs, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Citrus Valley will host Ramona at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams' defense has only allowed 13.2 points per game this season, so the Blackhawks' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Canyon Springs, they will be playing at home against Vista del Lago at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
