Basketball Game Preview: Williams Bulldogs vs. Graham Red Devils + How To Watch

Williams has gone a perfect 10-0 against Graham recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Bulldogs are taking a road trip to take on the Red Devils at 7:30 p.m. Williams knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matchups -- so hopefully Graham likes a good challenge.

While Williams didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They claimed a resounding 66-26 win over Cummings. The 66-point effort marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Williams' success was spearheaded by the efforts of Bubba Sims, who almost dropped a double-double with 25 points and nine boards, and Colby Elliott, who dropped a double-double with 21 points and ten rebounds. Sims' big performance that evening made it six games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. Another player making a difference was Christian Booth, who posted six points.

Meanwhile, Graham had to suffer through a 76-47 loss at the hands of Western Alamance. The defeat continues a trend for the Red Devils in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost seven in a row.

Williams' victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Graham, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Everything came up roses for Williams against Graham in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as the team secured a 64-33 win. In that game, the Bulldogs amassed a halftime lead of 33-5, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
