Soccer Recap: Jacksonville Takes a Loss

Jacksonville lost against Greenbrier back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Titans came up short against the Panthers, falling 4-1. While losing is never fun, Jacksonville can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arkansas soccer rankings (they are ranked 84th, while Greenbrier are ranked sixth).

This is the second loss in a row for Jacksonville and nudges their season record down to 1-10-1. As for Greenbrier, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 11-1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Jacksonville is set to challenge their familiar foe Maumelle at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Greenbrier will face off against rival Beebe at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
