Volleyball Recap: Norwich RVT Wins Going Away Against Academy of Science and Innovation

Norwich RVT won the last time they faced Academy of Science and Innovation and things went their way on Friday too. The Warriors put the hurt on the Ravens with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Norwich RVT walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 27-25, 25-22.

Bradley Martell paced Norwich RVT's offense, picking up eight kills. Martell got some help from Emerson Avery and his 14 assists. Mason Matthews controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Norwich RVT's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Academy of Science and Innovation, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-8.

Norwich RVT wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 victory against Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy on the 5th. As for Academy of Science and Innovation, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Newington on the 5th.
