On Tuesday Paige Worthem posted seven points in addition to nine rebounds and three steals. The effort marked the most steals Worthem has had since back in November of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the game was also her third in a row with two or more blocks. On the season, she has averaged 11.7 points, 1.4 blocks, and 1.2 steals.

Worthem and El Capitan are on the road again on Friday to play Helix at 5:30 p.m. The Vaqueros got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Highlanders, probably because Worthem had a solid game then too: she earned 11 points.
