Basketball Recap: Lake Forest Comes Up Short

Lake Forest's tournament run continued when they took on Barrington on Monday. The Lake Forest Scouts took a 46-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Barrington Fillies/Broncos.

Lake Forest now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Barrington, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-9.

Lake Forest will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Libertyville at 7:00 p.m. on January 14, 2025. As for Barrington, they will challenge Mundelein at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
