Softball Recap: Pisgah Comes Up Short

Pisgah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Southside Panthers. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in March of 2017.

Pisgah's loss dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Southside, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season.

Pisgah has already played their next game (against Section), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Southside, they have also already played their next contest, a 10-3 win against West End on the 5th.
