Basketball Recap: Wells Comes Up Short

Wells and Biddeford squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Wells had to settle for second. The contest between them and the Biddeford Tigers didn't end well, with the Wells Warriors falling 56-41. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 35-32 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Wells' loss dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Biddeford, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Wells nor Biddeford have any future games scheduled.
