Softball Recap: Brady Comes Up Short

Brady was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Ingram Moore Warriors, falling 20-5. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-4 last Tuesday.

Brady saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emory Ross, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI and one double. Those three RBI gave Ross a new career-high. Aiva Farris also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Brady's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Ingram Moore, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-11.

Brady has already played their next matchup (against Blanco), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Ingram Moore also has no score uploaded for their next game, this one against Comfort.
