Volleyball Recap: Clear Lake Cardinals vs. Upper Lake Cougars

Clear Lake had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Upper Lake Cougars on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Cardinals: when they faced off against the Cougars back in August, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

While Clear Lake might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Upper Lake scored at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-22, 22-25, 25-22.

Faith McIntire paced Clear Lake's offense, picking up 15 kills. McIntire got some help from Jazmin Wiebusch and her 39 assists. Wiebusch was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.
