Volleyball Recap: Columbus School for Girls Unicorns vs. Bishop Ready Silver Knights
Columbus School for Girls was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Bishop Ready Silver Knights, falling 3-0. The Unicorns were not able to make up for their loss to the Silver Knights from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.
While Columbus School for Girls ultimately came up short, they really made Bishop Ready work, particularly in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-13, 28-26.
Khyan Curry paced Columbus School for Girls' offense, picking up seven kills. Curry really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with ten. Kiersten Cahill controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
Columbus School for Girls' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Bishop Ready, their win bumped their record up to 4-1.
