Volleyball Recap: Ninilchik Takes a Loss

Ninilchik managed to slip by Cook Inlet Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wolverines lost 3-0 to the Eagles on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wolverines have suffered since November 7, 2024.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-16, 25-15.

This is the second loss in a row for Ninilchik and nudges their season record down to 1-6. As for Cook Inlet Academy, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Coincidentally, Ninilchik and Cook Inlet Academy will both be playing Dillingham the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Wolverines at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Wolverines will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
