Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Noah Lee and Jesse Gannaway Lead Jacksonville Christian Academy to Victory

Jacksonville Christian Academy won the last time they faced Woodland and things went their way on Monday too. Everything went the Jacksonville Christian Academy Thunder's way against the Woodland Bobcats as the Jacksonville Christian Academy Thunder made off with a 69-43 win. The Thunder have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 25 points or more this season.

Leading Jacksonville Christian Academy to victory were Jesse Gannaway and Noah Lee. Gannaway went 13 for 27 en route to 29 points in addition to five assists and five boards, while Lee dropped a double-double on 17 points and 18 rebounds. Gannaway's evening made it 22 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryson Dowdey, who posted 11 points and seven boards.

Jacksonville Christian Academy's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-5. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.3 points per game. As for Woodland, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost ten of their last 11 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.

Jacksonville Christian Academy will welcome Alabama School for the Deaf at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Woodland, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Woodland Bobcats duke it out with the Victory Christian Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
