Basketball Recap: Bradford's Loss Ends 14-Game Winning Streak at Home

Bradford entered their match against Halls on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Bradford Red Devils fell just short of the Halls Tigers by a score of 39-37. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Red Devils have suffered since November 28, 2023.

Bradford's loss ended a 14-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 16-5. As for Halls, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-9.

Bradford wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 44-33 victory against Milan on the 25th. As for Halls, they will take on Humboldt at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Humboldt knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past eight games -- so hopefully Halls likes a good challenge.
