Volleyball Game Preview: River Mill Jaguars vs. Chatham Charter Knights + How To Watch

River Mill is 2-8 against Chatham Charter since September of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Jaguars will square off against the Knights at 6:00 p.m.

River Mill lost 3-0 to Leadership Academy on Monday.

While River Mill was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-10, 27-25.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Chatham Charter, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against Southern Wake Academy on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

Chatham Charter walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-21, 25-10, 25-17.

River Mill now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Chatham Charter, they pushed their record up to 8-11 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

River Mill took their win against Chatham Charter in their previous meeting back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Jaguars since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
