Basketball Game Preview: Ravenna Bluejays vs. St. Paul Wildcats

Ravenna is 1-9 against St. Paul since February of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Ravenna Bluejays will venture away from home to face off against the St. Paul Wildcats at 7:30 p.m.

Ravenna is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 13th straight game on Thursday. They took a blow against Centura, falling 55-25.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Paul). They managed a 61-55 victory over Arcadia/Loup City on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Rebels: they've now won nine in a row.

Ravenna's defeat dropped their record down to 2-17. As for St. Paul, their victory bumped their record up to 6-12.

Things could have been worse for Ravenna, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 55-37 loss to St. Paul in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Can Ravenna avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
