Soccer Recap: Lake Forest Takes a Loss

Lake Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Chicago University Maroons.

Lake Forest's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Chicago University, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3-1.

Coming up, Lake Forest will be playing in front of their home fans against Waukegan at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lake Forest will be up against Waukegan's rather soft defense (which has allowed 2.53 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Chicago University, they will head out on the road to face off against Saint Ignatius College Prep at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
